WTF? Where am I?
“Writing is another powerful way to sharpen the mental saw. Keeping a journal of our thoughts, experiences, insights, and learnings promotes mental clarity, exactness, and context.”
- Stephen Covey
At 25, I feel I lived close to nine lives and have learned something from them all.
“Life is to be lived. If you have to support yourself, you had bloody well better find some way that is going to be interesting. And you don’t do that by sitting around.” Katharine Hepburn
CrossFit was just what the doctor prescribed, and the everything from the sweat and tears, to the competition and camaraderie have made me a stronger person in many ways. Emotionally, physically, and mentally I’ve been put through the ringer of intense workouts and the human drama that accompanies any kind of community. Now, I’m taking what I’ve learned and leaving some things behind.
Thanks for stopping and enjoy!
